Heritage rules scrapped for Millers Point buyers

Thinks are looking very concerning for the future of the Miller’s Point properties up for sale.  Nicole Hasham, State Politics reporter for the Sydney Morning Herald has disclosed that the NSW government has scrapped the strict heritage rules for buyers of these homes despite the fact that they are located in a conservation area. Without strict regulation the fear is that rather than restoring the heritage homes the new owners will do no more than basic maintenance. Click here to read more.
